I found a Christmas movie I have been looking for for years&I was so excited to order it on July 24 — August 1 I wanted to get a tracking but could not—e-mailed the company and a man named Doug Gordan responded with, they had a backlog of orders and mine was shipped out that day—My DVD never arrived and it is now August 15 th&so very disappointed!!!
