I filed a warranty claim with HMS Home Warranty 1 Aug, to date it has not been fixed, I have dealt with a customer service rep who climed the part was ordered to fix the problem last week, yet no resoluation. I have paid the deductible $100 and spent more than $100 on fans, the house stays at 80 degrees and HMS refuses to put you up in a hotel. I have emailed the company and been informed my situation has been "esclated" yet still no contact or AC. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB in Flordia where the company is located for reembursment of the orginal home warranty contract, deductible and cost of fans. No response. I have also filed a complaint with the Federal Consumer Agency-AC still broke.
