All started with a simple order over the phone. First the order was 30% higher than most other suppliers yet close enough to recieve a order in 2 days.in my shop its always in a rush. 6 kids wanting their kart going before july 4th when several other family members would arrive on vacation. Needless to say, Hue, Will, and the rest of the hollow headed crew there could handle a simple order. 1/3 of the order came in 2 weeks (with the wrong parts), over a month before i get anything else and never have i recieved the final shipment. After several calls and some 90 endless days, they claim the order was filled and at a timely manner. I ended buying may parts at a better price, 2day shipping, a much better attitude, and filed a complaint with my credit card. Be carful of the ones who seem to be so good as to have all your parts in stock, shipping next day, and lies for the next 90 days with you being the only one wrong! My order was gone over 3 times on the phone, and i was satisfied that Will had everything in stock and i would have everything in a couple days, snice its only 400 miles south. This compamy sucks bigtime. And if Hue was the man he claims to be, he'd make a drive up instead of talk about it. Ted, in Oklahoma!
