Charged my credit card, sent no parts and did not credit my card back

I ordered three parts and on the day that I ordered them, they billed my credit card. I found this very unusual, and should have taken that as an indication of what would follow. I was sent a confirmation stating that I should wait 7 days before calling. After the seven days, I called and was told that one of the parts was on back-order. For the next month, I called and waited. Often times I would be on hold for over 30 minutes.

After a month, I called and asked that they send the two parts that they had in stock. I waited another 2 weeks. At one point I was told that the parts would be sent shortly. After the two weeks, I called and cancelled the order. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to credit back my card. It has been 8 days and they still haven't credited my card back.

It is my opinion that this company is a sham, had no intentions of ever sending me any parts, and I will never get my money back. I used them because they showed a price that was a few dollars cheaper. I found the parts at another company and got them within 3 days. I will never use Outdoor Distributors again and recommend that no one else does. I have also filled a complaint with BBB.
