I received a phone call and he said my computer has a virus and will be turned off. Then showed me K9 software to buy. I told him i have already an antivirus on my computer. He then said he will show me on my computer what was happening and it is about to lose all memory, in a panic I believed him. I ended up buying what i thought was k9 software compatable with what i have. I then found i couldn't open my email while we were relaying conversation. He was pressuring me to pay now but i wanted to see what i was buying and nothing was coming up. He put a virus on my computer because i ended up getting a computer person and he found alot of things changed on my computer. I have tried to email to get my money back and my bank to chase the company also. Here is all that i recieved an email that no one returns messages back.
