MPC/Gateway sells JUNK - Gateway M685-E laptop

Gateway sold my son (and many other students at UDM) a $2000 computer that is dead in the water after 2 years. A known problem with the video card and cooling was never corrected and some of the computers actually caught fire!!! My advice to anyone even thinking about buying a computer from Gateway-DON'T!!!
Gateway is only a name that MPC computer bought out to sell their crap under!!! Gateway computer doesn't really exist anymore. Email me you have any questions.
