I am with everyone else they make you wait for ever on the line and then when you do get ahold of someone if you get disconnected they don't call you back you have to wait even more time and go through the process of telling someone esle your problem then they have to transfer you to someone else and you have to explain the story to them. They charge you for everything and their prices are through the roof! How can you charge someone 20.00 for phone service and then in a couple of months jack it up to 50 something it's CRAZY. I asked a online rep if I could set a payment arrangement to pay my bill in two weeks in full they tell me yes no problem and tell me I will have to call the 1-800- comcast to get my referance number so I call them have to go through the act of congress to get ahold of someone for them to tell me they are sorry but I was miss informed, that makes the second time that has happened to me! If the online chat isn't worth having get rid of it! Oh and you are alway having service problems if I'm going to set back and pay almost $200.00 it should be better than anyone out there. I highly recommend that everyone STAY AWAY FROM COMCAST!!!
