Miscellaneous

I received a call about 7pm central time and a female by name of Maria said she was Microsoft tech support and I had sent reports of problems with Microsoft and other areas and due to the multiple times I'd sent reports this was their way of contacting me to explain what the problem is and how they would fix it. I had been asleep and have a disabling chronic disease and has some oral surgery done last week and not feeling well. She said this would help with my pc run faster and a supervisor tech support by name of Bruce came on phone and talked me through and said to leave it and he'd call me when he'd completed correcting and getting pc running smoothly. I saw where they'd removed my sounds and other programs and even questioned about some things and he said before anything was done permanently they'd call me back. So it's been over an hour and of cource no one has called. I was told to restart pc and everything would be fine. I asked about them confirming of being from Microsoft and they gave me some bs lines and because I am feeling bad and had been asleep and yes had sent reports to microsoft about some issues. I'm very upset now and had a malware removal program on and other programs they said were corrupted. I have Windows XP home and bought years ago and had just completed in restoring everything after one of my son's had crashed it. It's upsetting when people take advantage of you and I'm on "no call registry". It was unknown name but have toll free number. 888-532-8229. I wasn't charged anything but I did have personal info on my google chrome. I have no idea what damage has been done to the extent. What to do?
