Fake tech support charged $79 to fix a staged crash

Received a call from persons claiming from microsoft tech support, says my computer was about to crash because my warranty was out, if I didn't buy the warranty today, my pc would crash, they got inside my pc and put bad things wrong on it, to deceive me in thinking it was crashing. I paid them 79.00 to fix, i was waiting after 4 hrs, still not fixed, i called microsoft tech, they had no record of my problem at all. Then had to turn around and pay again 79.00 to the real microsoft to fix my pc, here is the info i have on these persons.
