Booked a cruise last Dec. 2011 and paid the above amount, we were leaving on Sept 12th. I was diagonsed with lung cancer in July and had to cancel my trip. They said they can only refund me half as I waited too long to cancel??? Sorry I didn't get sick sooner! So far I have not received a penny and they would not allow me to have a credit and postpone the trip until next year. I have tried numerous times to reach someone with RV to explain my sad prediciment but emails are blocked, comments on line are blocked and I can't phone anyone that has any compassion. Help!
