Said this Co is offering % and mortgage payment reduction costs. According to their agreement that I signed via DocuSign (legit online certification system) payments are handled through Financial 3rd party Co. Meracord a legit Co (FLC) First Liberty Consultants however is posting erroneous contact numbers in their DocuSign Service Agreement. For example FAX number given (855) 288-2406 is not their fax number at all but rather another Co altogether ' Miracle Ear' FLC processed a bank draft through my financial institution for $550.00 a reduction from BoA mortgage by $ 8.55 per month' The agreement was such et al, save I had cancelled my agreement using their protocol and rules and legally am protected but, problem is I am disabled and receive SSDI $938.00 mo income the $550.00 put my chk acct - $417.53 in the 'red' as my mortgage to BoA was already processing and could not stop. I have always payed on time never miss payment or late ever! I have no savings anywhere to bail me out. Due to the nature of this it is escalating to a full fledged 'Criminal Investigation'. The persons representing FLC refuse to acknowledge multiple email sent and (advertise phony) FAX recp as either of would fulfill terms to CANCEL agreement, signed, stating reason and submitted within 72 hr of next draft date. All of which I have fulfilled but to no avail. Considering: 1] false advertised contact information, 2] using a 3rd party to remove funds from a personal bank acct, 3] refusing to honor their own terms of CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT, 4] over $500.00 damage/theft is automatic felony in the State of Texas. Illicit bank wire transfers, ACH. When customer has terminated binding agreement would constitute very serious offenses! However with all damages incl OverDraft, Auto-recurring bills denied fees are added up, this will become a very expensive ($580.00) miss-step on my part, and I am disabled to boot. God help us. I do not intend to allege any thing other than this which has happened to me, pending 'hopefully' admitted error on FLC's part at a terrible cost to me. Perhaps Mon morning they will rectify this UA transfer of funds. I have contacted Meracord directly to give them an opportunity to intervene and perhaps investigate their client, FLC's unethical treatment of an absolved contract between myself and FLC, As for the moment though I have had no reply from either of the two Co mentioned above. Buyer beware. FLC is an untrusted financial advisory IMHO and from this unfair treatment I am receiving from them will warn the reader here to, 'take heed' and do not make any agreement with FLC until this event is resolved. FLC receives FAILING mark and a strike against themselves for seemingly willful negligence and failing to honor my lawful termination of contract. Fortunately I am a good record-keeper and have all the evidence of wrongdoing, evasive behavior from FLC to acknowledge my CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION.
