Failure to Honor Contract Agreement

David Lewis received a payment of 1,500.00 on March 4 to assist with tax resolution. From the beginning, he did not honor the contract agreement. He promised to file power of attorney and did not. He promised to prevent bank levy and did not. He promised to file 2009 tax return by April 15th and did not. He was unavailable, did not return most phone or email messages, and had many excuses when he did answer the phone or return my calls. He failed to address my customer dissatisfaction.

I have resolved my own issues with the IRS every step of the way. I have proof from the IRS that he did not intervene for me at all. Therefore nulling the contract altogether. I have endured extreme stress from dealing with my problem as well as trying to get Mr. Lewis to honor our agreement. My bank account was levied, the very thing he promised to prevent. It put me behind in my mortgage payment that month. If I had not put trust in him, I would have negotiated my own payment plan from the beginning. I have asked for a full refund, he has offered 1,000.00. That is unacceptable. I deserve a full refund immediately.
