Won't replace my merchandise and i had insurance

Someone broke into my home and stole my television. I called the police and made my report. I looked over my contract and notice that I had insurance so I called the store to inform them which they told me that the insurance on the contract didn't cover my merchandise but I had another insurance which is called platinum insurance which covers my merchandise all I had to do was bring in my police report and pay half of my bill which I did do. I spoke with Mr. Shawn at the store and he said since it didn't have force entry on the report just send him the pics of my front door and text it to him which I did and he informed me that he had gotten the pics and I should be receiving another television in about 3 or 4 days. So I called the store just to get an update so the store manager was there and he told me I had to get another police report that states forced entry and I told him that was the pics was for. So I contacted Mr. Shawn who I sent the pictures to, to see was it necessary for me to get another report and he stated no if the insurance company needs to verify it they will contact the officer who made the report. So a couple days later I talked to Mrs. Michelle and she said since I waited 3days to make the report they can't do anything about it and I would still have to pay and she said that she will lower my payments and lower the months I had left to pay it off and I said no thats the hole point of having insurance. Im not about to pay for sum I dont have r u serious!
