Miscellaneous

I went to best buy day before yesterday and talk to one of your flore represenetive ask him about having an issue with my car stereo not turn on, they said they will take look at it if they have to do any work it will be $80 hour but it will be 20 minutes before they can help me I said ok but I have to come back latter so I went back to the store next day, I decided to buy a new radio from best buy (now everything is already out and expose all you have to do connect 3 wires and slide the radio in (radio I purchase is the same as the old one) everthing was already there, it turned out to be a lose wire that goes to the fuse which had an easy excess to put it in because i was in there to see what it was.initially I ask him how long would it take he said 1 hour or less, between wiring the new radio which i bought from best buy and putting the wire back in the fuse it took les than 30 minutes and I have been charged $105. So my question is is there a standard for this how do you charged 105 for 30 minutes labor no part has been used other the. 10 cent small metal terminal clip to put the lose wire back in the fuse. Day before i have been told $80 an hour next day they charged me 105 30 minutes work.
