Hurricane hit, wants me to pay for damages and trying to throw us out RIPOFF

Mr. Shokes has refused to pay for any damages, but pocket insurance. We have been without water since hurricane frances. Half a*ed repaired roof damage and afraid ceiling could fall in at any moment. Also trying to kick us out even though we are paid up til oct 31.
