Miscellaneous

I purchased an insurance plan for my phone when I purchased the phone about a year ago. I was told from the in store sales rep that I would pay no out of pocket expenses when filing a claim for a new phone if it was broken, even after directly asking the question, "Are there any other fees involved". Now I'm being told after paying 100 or more dollars since I Purchased the insurance plan which has a monthly fee, that I have to pay a 199$ deductible, which is 50$ more than I payed for the phone in the first place. Do I have any legal claims?
