Bait n switch - auto renewal

I purchased their Iron Shield Protection for 90 days on 7/22 - just to check out what was on my web presence as I am looking for a job. Auto renewal was not noted on my receipt or deliverable received by them. When I called requesting my $24.95 taken on 10/23 be refunded, I was told that I could not get a refund (as I was auto renewal and didn't cancel on time - I was told all this is listed on website - I couldn't find it!) Asked for manager, and got dropped into some voicemail. Reported to BBB too!
