Carribean Collections uk T/A as Travelbag uk Ltd have taken money from me under false pretences and misled me into beleiving a hotel was Adults only when infact it is not. When i told them i wanted Adult only they said the Hotel Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita in Mexico was just the hotel for me. Knowing my requests he willingly took my Deposit of 410 Pounds but failed to disclose that the although the hotel advertise themselves in the Adult only market they do infact allow children at an adult price. Is that a Scam? Well its withholding vital information if he had have told me that I would have not chosen that Hotel. When I tried to contact them regarding this I found I couldnt get to speak to anyone and although I left messages, emails etc they didnt want to be bothered with my concerns and told me I would lose my deposit if I cancelled. After reading reviews about the Company I have read that this is not the first time they have misled people. Shame on them. They should be investigated by Trading Standards.
