Just want people to be aware that i booked through Chester Branch and was sold an adults only hotel to Mexico. After paying deposit and confirming my booking i found out that the hotel did accept children when i rang them to make a complaint they were rude and uninterested never returning calls or emails. After 4 mths of complaining sending letters by recorded delivery and threatening them with court action i finally got my deposit back, without the interest. This company should be investageted by Trading Standards.
