3 days waithing for a manager to call back and no answer?

I bought a pair of sandals on Saturday evening, try it on for 5 minutes and took it with me home. I wore the sanda first 2 hours were horrible. My foot was red and I had water bubles all the bottom of my foot. I couldnt walk or dance after 2 hours. I was unable to walk for 2 days. Went to bebe store on Monday to show the Manager the condition of my foot and he was mean did not let me talk either return the shoes ($146.00) I understan that I wore the sandal but how I would now that this is going to happen on the first 5 minutes i try the shoes? It ruin my birthday night. Now i been waithing since Monday for a manager to call me and I have to responds from no body? What should I do?
