Complaint about shape up athlectic ware - shoes

I bought my first pair of shape up athlectic shoes 03, they was the black and white pair and i bought my mom a pair for her birthday in march also. I just loved them, I have a torn muscle in the heel of my foot and i couldn't stand to even walk on it, But when i purchest the shape up i was able to walk with out my foot hurting, So i then bought a new pair of them 03 and they have been the worse shoes, I can't hardly stand on my feet in the morning again and i work on my feet for 8 hr shift {a nursing home} at one job it takes all i can do to just get thru the day, and then i leave to go to another job { Home health company} and i have to wear a pair of coushion sandles to even get thru 3 to 4 hours of that job which we are not suppost to wear open toe shoes but there is know way i can keep them worthless shape up on my feet any longer. So now i must start researching new shoes that have good insoles and that will not hurt my feet, and i able to stand in for 12 hrs a day. So i would sujest to any one check out the shoes before you waist your money, For i will not buy another pair of them. Thank you
