Dishonest Negotiation

In a good faith I made 500 Dollars deposit to buy a new car, and the Dealer's manager knew very well my financial situation and he was agree to refund my deposit until last minute, after the sale I called many times and they promise my refund, they said that the payment had been apply to credit card and they didn’t know what happening because the refund has been done? Umm they said that as excuse 3 times. So after one month i went to dealer to find out what is the situation. So for my surprise they gave me the notice that my good faith deposit was used into the financing, thing that it had been explain very clear since began the negotiation because i trade my other as down payment. This is an abuse and the only answer from them... Mss Lialiana NOW IT'S TOO LATE. The Sales People who working in this place is very dishonest and use trick to skip all the issues
