Dishonest Horse Seller Lied about a horse in several conversations, refused to refund even though Deposit was sent based on his lies

Bobby Jolley is a dishonest person who misrepresented a horse to me for sale. Based on HIS DISHONEST answer to my many questions in several long conversations about her (I was buying from 2,500 miles away) I sent a deposit to hold her until some friends who were in the mares area could visit her in person.

Friends who were not permitted to touch her or ride her. Based on the mares behavior when friends went to check her out and Bobby Jolleys OWN admission twice today, mare is not what he said she was. This is especially upsetting in that my children or the children of my haulers could have potentially been injured if we were unaware of this behavior.

Bobby Jolley has has refused to refund any of the deposit, and I didn't expect him to. The deposit was sent in good faith based on his lies.

If he had made it right by at least refunding part of my deposit I would not have posted a word, only those involved would have been aware. He did not even apologize, he would only admit that he lied. He has other horses for sale - consider yourself warned.
