Fraudulent Business Practices Regarding Debt Negotiation and Settlement

I signed a Service Agreement with Professional Debt Consultants (PDC) on June 7 for debt and negotiation with my creditors. I monthly deposited $605 into a Special Purpose Account (SPA), part of which was for the payment of PDC's fees and the remaider money was to be used to settle my accounts. During the last few months the deposit amount into the SPA was reduced by $405 because I could no longer carry the larger amount. I was told that PDC's fees would not have to be paid in full before they began work on my account.in January, I made my last deposit to the SPA for $405. The last withdrawal for fees by PDC was made on December 26. I closed the SPA when I could no longer get anyone from PDC to return my phone calls or reply to my emails. They just disappeared. My debt became unmanageable as I had to stop working because my daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer. Philip DiVirglio and Henry Conerly knew my situation and regardless, they took $4,345 from the SPA and disappeared. It's unimaginable that someone would do this to anyone, but to someone in my situation, they must be the lowest of the lowest. There have been recent times I did not have money to put food on the table or pay for medication for myself as I have coronary artery disease. They both knew this, and dispite everything, they ran off with my money. They have a number of websites and many phone numbers, most of which do not work. This company has done absolutely nothing for me. All I have to show for their lack of work is a Judgment having been filed against me and a headsup email from their Customer Service Department that I can expect another Summons and Complaint. I engaged in good faith with this Company to deal with my creditors and take responsibility for my debt. They have not earned the money they took for fees and I expect a full refund. I'm in worst shape now as I was before I started doing business with them. I can't believe I am the only these two have defrauded. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
