She left the place dirty, she owes the property owner $1395 rent, $200 cleaning fee, $350 court costs (so far) for a total of $1945. If you are a potential property manager/landlord (post August) let her know about this post and to remit the monies due

The unlawful case number associated with her EVICTION is UD-37-00038724-CL-UD-NC and it is filed in San Diego (North County Division) Civil for future investigation. If this post exists, she still owes the money and probably will be tell you that "she left the place better then when she moved in".:)
