Deidre (Dee) Smith is a Landlord Nightmare - DO NOT BE FOOLED!

If you are a Landlord who does not enjoy other tenant complaints about abusive language and behavior in and around your property then you may want keep looking through other applications.

Ms Smith ability to lie resulted in 3 evictions attempts within a 12 month period. I will post UD numbers later.
- First UD resulted in a stipulation where I got soft and did not file a default. She still owes $250 for this one.

- Second UD - she lied about not recving a 3 day notice to pay rent. Had her boss testify that I was threatening her at work when she asked me to go to her work to pick up rent which she did not have. I was set up and looked stupid. Judge got soft and dimissed the case as I did not have a witness when I served the 3 day notice.

- Third UD - Resulted in stipulation and she failed to move out per the court order.

All 3 cases had the same attourney involved and it cost me thousands to get the unit back into possession.

Deidre has a teenage son (max) who is almost an adult.

The dangerous thing is that Deidre puts on a very professional and responsible impression and previous Unlawful Detainer Actions did not show on her credit report.

As of this writing shes owes past due rent, late fees, court costs, costs from first eviction.

Do yourself a favor and consider my history when renting to this individual
