CIC Credit Monitoring
Rip-off!

I noticed on my online bank statement that a charge appeared for $79.95 by CIC Credit Monitoring. Now I have never spoke with anyone from this company and I never order any service from this company in any way, shape, or form. They charged my account without authorization and sent my finances into a downward spiral with overdraft fees.

I called the bank right away once I noticed the charges which the bank then initiated an investigation. I then went online to see if I could find anything else out and sure enough I found this website with a ton of complaints about this malicous company taking money away from people. I call CIC and she said they would refund my money in 5 -7 business days. The woman I spoke with gave me her Corporate ID number. I told her that I was going to the bank and we are going to call her with the bank rep to have my overdraft fees refunded. I am going there right now to get this resolved.

I am wondering now since I never authorized them to do this what's stopping them from doing it again. I am going to call them back to try and get some verification that they will never use my personal account information again. This aggression will not stand, MAN!
