Prior to establishing an account with this bank, i spoke with their customer service department twice. Both times i was lied to. Their intent is to get you to open an account regardless of what they have to tell you. I asked very specific questions because of a problem i was having with my old bank. Then in 2 days i was charged $420.00 in overdraft fees because a cash deposit i made took three days to credit to my account. When i went to the bank and spoke with a "certified relationship banker" i was told they would look into it and call me the next day. I had to call the bank myself twice and was then told there was nothing she could do. Prior to that, i also called customer service and was told i would be called right back. Three weeks later and i am still waiting on that call.
