Horrible

Do not use travelocity! What a mistake we made!!! They messed up our flights! We weren't even sitting next to eachother... Another flight we didnt even have guarenteed seats!!! We were told false information! They lied to us, told us that we would have a shuttle to take us to and from the airport to our hotel roundtrip. Last minute we found out that there was never a shuttle! When we called customer service and explained what had happend. They said that they would look up our recording from our phone conversation to see if the agent in fact gave us false information. I received a phone call 30 mins later saying that they had lost our phone recording and could not do anything about it! Very Unprofessional!!! POOR customer service! I will NEVER use travelocity again!!!
