NTB - 4 hour oil change, no fluid checks - NTB - oil change

Went to NTB on Mopac in Austin Saturday morning @ 9:30 just for an oil change. Woman @ front desk made us feel very uncomfortable - she & another male co-worker contradicting each other on type of oil we needed & other things. She told us they were very busy & oil change would be around 3 hours. 4 hours later we called to see how it was coming along & told our car should be done by the time we got there since they were working on it. I had to wait another 1 hour & 15 minutes. Everyone in shop & front of store standing around talking while my car was up on rack. Others in waiting room told of similar poor service/experience. This morning, my wiper fluid says empty so they obviously didn't check fluids. We have been to other NTB locations & didn't have this problem so may be a specific store issue.
