I have recieved poor service from day one. I have been promised reimbursement for 6 months on hd additional charges, which was only recieved one month. The tech that installed my service not only took 8 hours to do but took a bowel movement in my restroom and left fecies in the toilet, he had to use my phone to hook up my service, and then i had to jump his van off because it was broke down.in the last year my bill was what it was suppose to be ONLY 1 time. Im fed up, disgusted, and ready to switch back to comcast due to my HORRIBLE experiences with directv.
