First thing to tell was that I was charged for the full amount within one week. And I was thinking, I make an appoinment for a fitting of a suit and to see all possible materials to fabric. No, I was told there was no refund possible and so definetely had to buy the suit. So I made steps 1 to 4. After asking several times, the London Cutlers (from now LC) told me there would be no measuring in the Hilton Hotel City Center in Liverpool the end of Febraury, as announced at the website of Living Social and the LC. I had to make another appointment the end of Febraury. Mr Dale Rhodes had to make (as he told me later) a special trip to Liverpool for me (he had to be in the Hilton on Friday the 24th of february as promised, don't turn thel things?). The measuring took place in a strangers room (for free, because Mr Dale asked the Housemaid to open one of the cleaned rooms?). No problem for me, I want a fine suit, and choosed a striped suit. After 5 to 6 weeks and nothing heard anymore I asked for further information several times, but did not get a reaction. I would like to fit or try the suit on before a final delivery, but that was not neceassary, mr dale of the LC had never any complaints, his measuring and fabrics were perfect. After delivery the end of April (finaly after a lot of never answered textmessages, phonecalls and e-mails) the suit was delivered ion the Hilton as asked for. After seeing the suit I was very very disappointed about the quality of the suit. Especially the non matching stripes at all pockets of the jacket. So I told that and showed some pictures I made of the suit. I decided to send the suit back so LC could recut. If not, could refund my money. After another two months (we now have the 23rd of uly already) the first reaction came on my question. Now mr Dale turned agai everything around, because now I am the man with the wrong attitude. He will not answer ant e-mail. I have to make an appointment and then he will recut the suit for full matching stripes. As if it's not common to match the stripes fully. I don't understand the mentality of this firm and want to warn all the people who want to do business with this company. For sure there will be more people with this experience.
