My auto insurance policy was somehow manipulated and not authorized by ME the INSUrer to make a claim since the claim in itself was a scam. However when I contacted my insurance company they stated the check cashed I demanded a front and back copy to which i show MY name has been forged. I dont know if i need to file a police report. I have already attempted to seek action with the auto body shop who HAS no authorization or a contract with me let alone to open a claim with my auto insurance. AS well as illegally forge my signature on the back of the check.
