State farm
After insurance claim put me under investigation

On dec. 3rd or 4th. My house was broken into. I called the police and they came and investigated the crime. That mon. I went to the state farm office and filed a claim. The next day a guy called me and left a very disturbing message. That he was an investigator for state farms insurance. I called him back and he started asking me all these personal questions. Then I had to do a phone interview. Where they asked me my life history. I asked him what was all this about. He said that I didn't hv my insur. For very long. So that put up a red flag, then he said the items that were stolen were the same items that I had listed. Then he said that the police said that it was no force intry. (Which might I add that was a lie) the officer told me that in the report I was there. Then I get my claim forms in the mail. The want to do a credit check. Which is a viol. Of ur rights. I told them I wasn't going threw all of that. State farm is full of bull. I'm going to conti ue on with my claim. But I'm not giving any other personal info. They suppose to honour ur claim. They r under a contract. Is there anyone who can tell what to do about this.
