Bad customer service

Me and husband went to this restaurant to have a dinner togethers and we order and we spend almost $20 for nothing because we have to wait al list 15 min for the order of chicken while mine sandwich was standing in the front line gettin cold but the surprise went the chicken finally was ready the sandwich was totally cold and the bun was burn so I ask for get a new because the bread and cold and the apparently " manager " say no because and was supposed to eat it when they mAke it and was rude the cashier too refusing to refund it what I spend and unrrespetfull so I decide to ask for my money and have a dinner in a different place but they said they will call the police because I was asking for my money back and the cashier was insulting me saying stupid and she said that I wasn't the only customer in the world so she don't even care what I said and when I ask for the manager she said he's on vacation if you want wait for him 10 days while she was texting in the phone don't even putting attention to me and the another lady who was suppost the manager on duty went to the back and never come back to say anything and they said get out of here " so I'm so dissatisfied with this what can of customer service is this? They don't even handled a complaint and i wonder to be contacted by the owner because I know who is him and I don't think he will like to have this can of issued in his restaurant...
