Manager complaint - Service - poor manager service

On July 2 I went to burger king at7606 Mobile Hwy Hope Hull. I had a bad experience with the manage. I place my order the cashier wasn't familiar with sandwich but that was okay. I ask the cashier before order about barbeque sauce, (she didn't charge me) when I get my food I asked the manage. She tell me it was a charge. I told her that I told the cashier and that's why I order my sandwich plain. I for a manager she said she was the manage and throw me my sandwich. I asked for my money back. She gave it back but I feel that it could have been handle better than that.
