Unecessary wait with No APOLOGY

I odered a take out meal which normally takes 15-20 minutes, instead I waited for 60 minutes. During my wait no one came to the counter and mentioned that the wait would be longer or offer an apology. When I finally recieved my chicken sandwich the assistant manager said, "I'm sorry for your wait." I replied, if you were sorry you would've offered that apology 3o minutes ago. When I got home which is only 4 blocks away, my sandwich was cold and the order was mixed up. I've decided not to patronize denny's ever again.
