This is to everyone out there looking for a contractor! Be aware of a Company called (AGUNDIZ DESIGN) He is a scammer from MEXICO, also goes by many different names. He does renovations for Hotels, Condos and other things in and around the GTA area. This guy owes many people some of them are even looking for him from the states as he has done the same thing there RIPP his workers off for large sums of money, he will keep telling you the cheque is coming but he really already has it. Does work for the HOWARD JOHNSONS HOTEL CHAIN (WARDEN & 401 ALSO KINGSTON RD) He lives at 200 Gateway in the Donmills area drives a blue GMC. I will also be reporting him to the POLICE along with the BBB and any other GOVERNMENT INSITUTION I can.
If there is anyone out there who reads my add and has been ripped off by this mans company please feel free to contact me as the police have in formed me that he is not the first person to come from another country to ripp people off. I personaly would like to see this guy who goes by various names to be deported back to mexico. Here are just afew of the names he uses:
