I had a contractor to come to my residence and give me a quote on how much it would cost to replace two garage doors. He gave my husband and myself a quote and precided to tell us about the warranties. Garage door service called at least 3-4 times checking to see if we were going to have the service done. After agreeing to the service because of the warranty that they offered we set a day and time for the contactor to come.

The contractor arrived at 11am and what was suppose to be a 3 hour job turned into a 71/2 hour job. The contractor did not know what he was doing he could not get the doors to go up or down. He added more hardware and precided to fill out paper work and sadi that they didn't offer warranties on the doors. My husband refused to signed the paper for the work that was rendered and the suppossly manager threated to call the police. After my husband told him to call the police he said that he would offer a warranty but only for 3 years instead of a lifetime warranty like promised. To get this contractor off our property we settled for the doors for $500 and no warranty.

Two days later after opening the garage doors we found that the doors were bending the same way they did before we had them installed. We called the company back and they refused to come back and fix the problem that they started. We are stuck not being able to get our cars out of our garage and our house not being secure if we were to open the garage door.

People beware this company goes by several names they will never give you their last names, only first names. We did a background check after all of this has gone on and none of the number that were given to us work and the one that does work just routes you to a voice mail.

We need help in this issue because we now have to pay another company to come out and fix their problem.
