Our children were within the backyard of our home buying up the garbage and te authorities pushes by and named them out-of our lawn requesting them there titles vehicle # 52 and vehicle # 59 they offered them there titles then all a quick they begin stating my children on offer splitting into people vehicles without having showing it. There not harassing other people but my loved ones am i wish to push charges from the utica police division they don't arrived at me to complete it personally so i', online, i've named and all-they do is hang-up the telephone on me.
