Charged double for streaming service payment

I just noticed that Netflix has charged me double for streaming services. My $7.99 payment is usually taken out of my checking account on the 23rd of every month. I just noticed charges of $7.99 on June 12,23; and July 12 and 23. Their website is gone offline too. Something is going on here.
