I called hotpoint as a fault developed on my washer dryer which i purchsed on3 november1i am covered by insurance by domestic and geneareal limited part of the hotpoint and indeset group the engenerer calld to repair the machine butin less than a year the heater on the machine had a fault which needed spare parts that could not be fitted till monday hotpoint indeset were very unhelpfull and would do nothing to help
