Floor Installers Drinking on the Job, Manager Bullied Me

I installed a hardwood floor. The installers were drinking alcohol on the job. I did not want to complain about this because I was afraid of repercussions.

I went to the store manager Ron Founds and he said he would give me a store credit for $1000. He then changed his mind and asked me to go to his office. He closed the door and started a confrontation. He leaned over the desk to bully me.

I should have filed a police report, but I was intimidated. Mr. Ron Founds is nothing short of a bully and a liar.
