I was signed up without my consent for vip membership pass while suscribing to magazine direct, fye has been charging me since January for VIP backstage pass. I called the company at least calling for reimbursement for the months of march, because then I cancelled all knowingly subscriptions (as so I thought) through FYE. I rarely shop there, so this is little cause why I would sign up for a vip membership. When I called I was told that all charges were non refundable.
