I was charged 147usd, for a 97usd hotel room, I know its not alot of money but right now it is to us, so when I tried to call them to see what happened I was on hold for over a half an hour and was VERY RUDELY told we do not give senior discounts, but when I booked I was told they do, I also asked them where is my cheap o rate??? 147 for a 97 dollar room is a rip off o rate! No answer there, my husband then tried to call back after another half hour wait they put him on hold again and then he was disconnected - we work hard for our money!!! Not like these guys
