Ripoff Mobranson

Traveling & Tourism

I don't know yet if I am going to be ripped off, but as soon as I was a confirmed owner I tried to get a hotel reservation in the city. I already had a room booked at a low rate and since the salesman stated that if you were driving down the road and wanted to get a hotel for a low rate they could do it. So when I asked for a hotel rate for this certain city the Best Value Rate they could give me was $12.00 higher than the one I already had.

I brought this up to the manager of this division and he said that was the best rate they could get me in that short of a notice and that the rate I had for the room I had already booked beforehand was lower because of the length of time. I had booked it before (one Week) so he told me if i gave them more time they could get me the lowest rate I can ever get on any cruises hotels or condos and trips or they will give me my money back.

Well as soon as I book my Hawaii trip which incidentally the salesman who made the presentation had said he just returned from hawaii and his trip was only $600 for everything air&hotel. If they can't get me a lower price for what I want and I find one myself I do believe I will be seeing a lawyer about a class action suit against this company.
