These were extremely unprofessional movers. It was all about the tip. After doing a pretty good job of packing the truck and dropping off some items in storage it was off to the condo to unload. About 1/3 way into the unload the elevator got stuck. Too be fair the condo is on the fourth floor. However they wouldn't walk up the steps to even put the stuff together that was already upstairs. That really upset me. They didn't put anything back together at all. You have to pay in advance of them finishing so I paid them $775 basically to leave my stuff in the rain outside and not put any of the furniture back together. I would highly recommend you NOT use this company. My boyfriend and contractor (the best) brought all the furniture upstairs. Also a lovely woman cleaning the building helped me.
