I tried to have this charge removed from my account and was told it would be removed within 10 days. The charge was not removed so I called back and was told they can't track refunds and got hung up on. I called back and Sherry the billing supervisor laughed at me and told me I was lieing about having called to cancel and they could not cancel after 7 days. She actually laughed at me and then hung up. I am reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission at 877-382-4357/ www.ftc. Gov and engourage everyone that has problems with this company to do the same.
