I was going to sign up for AVG Security and put all my information in and before I know it I'm in softwarepro. I have gone into my Master card acct. On line and disputed the charge. I called them 3 times and no one would answer the phone, so I left messages saying what I did and I didn't want their product. Today I called their number and to my surprise someone answered. I just told her what I was calling about and she was saying stuff to me and I hung up. My bank is sending me a form to make out to stop the charge. I hope it works.
