1st,
i made a complaint with your company last week when i signed up and yet you show no record of it.

2 issues.
Issue 1 20th july:
I made a $150 deposit to STP and send them 2 complaints including evidence of the withdrawl. They have made no response and no comments back to me.

Issue 2: Today they have drawn another $150 from my account without authorisation (26th july) now i am down $300 and it still does not even show in my STP account as pending and they still have not responded to any of my quesries!?!

This company has stolen $300 from my account and i have provided evidence to them and i have got no results. I need urgent help immediately. I cannot call them there is not a phone number to call to internationally and they now have access to my account! I don't know what to do! I need that money and they have stolen it and i can't get it back.
